Qigong: Simple Exercise For All

Curious about Qigong (“chee-gong”) and how it can benefit your health? Qigong is known to help reduce pain and chronic fatigue as well as promote fitness and flexibility. Join Registered Kinesiotherapist Craig Ing as he presents an introductory session to Qigong including what it is, its benefits, risks, and sample exercises you can participate in from home. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes as you’ll move through sample exercises with Craig.

What is a Registered Kinesiotherapist? A Kinesiotherapist develops and monitors exercise programs to help people regain muscle strength and function due to injury or disease such as degenerative musculoskeletal disease (diseases that affect the muscle, bone, cartilage, joint, and connective tissue).
