Ron Goldsman

Chief Financial Officer

Ron Goldsman joined NPF in 2022. He provides vision, leadership, and overall management of financial operations and accounting practices for NPF. His responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, reporting, tax preparation, audit activities, investment planning (revenue and expense modeling), and legal monitoring. Goldsman also oversees and manages the Finance & Operations department and staff.

Goldsman previously spent 11 years at the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. He brings a financial and accounting background, and over 18 years of progressive leadership experience. At the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, he was responsible for overseeing a full range of financial functions, including financial planning, forecasting, reporting, accounting, treasury management, payroll, tax and compliance, and external audit. Goldsman transformed the finance department from a transactional department to one that helps drive mission delivery across the organization. He developed and implemented strategies to reduce operating expenses and drive more dollars to mission programs. Goldsman also spent nine years in public accounting, providing auditing services to nonprofit organizations.

Goldsman graduated from Queens College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and successfully completed a strategic leadership course at Columbia University. He has been a certified public accountant since 2006. He currently lives in New York with his wife Ann-Marie and their two children. Goldsman is a passionate runner and has trained for several half marathons.
