Krystal Adkins

Krystal Adkins is responsible for driving strategy for all special event fundraising initiatives and collaborating with the field team to meet and exceed revenue and mission goals. She provides leadership for the National Commit to Cure Gala and other major special events around the country. She helps identify, recruit, and train volunteers for critical leadership positions and builds volunteer structures across the country to expand NPF’s reach and fundraising impact across the organization. She is based out of San Diego, CA.

Adkins has 15 years of nonprofit fundraising experience primarily at national health organizations focused on event fundraising campaigns and volunteer engagement. She has led numerous teams to successfully launch new major fundraising initiatives in partnership with volunteer leadership to exceed revenue goals. Outside of work, Adkins enjoys traveling and experiencing new places (and food) and spending time outside with family & friends.
