Kelli Amerine

Kelli Amerine is the founder and principal consultant of Talent Solutions, Inc., a firm specializing in organizational change, ideation, transformation, and human-centered implementation design. Her clients range across industries, including healthcare, insurance, high-tech, and professional services. Kelli's work has been credited with client recognition for several awards in relation to Culture Transformation and Innovation Programs.

Kelli was diagnosed with psoriasis in college and has had psoriatic arthritis for over twenty years. She has been actively volunteering and supporting NPF strategic development efforts since 2022 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2024.

Kelli has two children and lives in West Chester, PA with her husband.
