Breanna Baer

Breanna Baer oversees NPF’s field-based activities to ensure they meet and exceed both financial and mission goals. She is also responsible for driving overarching strategy for field development, including deep outreach strategies for patient and professional engagement. Baer leads the Field Services department and staff. She is based in Oceanside, CA.

Baer has dedicated nearly 20 years to national health nonprofit organizations. She brings extensive experience in volunteer development, peer-to-peer fundraising, special events, individual major gifts, and corporate partnerships. She has a true passion for nonprofit work and strives to inspire, connect, and motivate communities around a mission. Baer graduated with honors from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Communications. On the weekends, you will find her spending quality time with family and friends.
