Audience

People of all ages and fitness levels can participate in the Walk to Cure Psoriasis. Participants are encouraged to form teams of family, friends and co-workers to build support and raise funds. Thousands of walkers, teams and sponsors will participate in more than 21 cities throughout the country.

History of the Walk to Cure Psoriasis

In 2006, a group of 100 people came together for a fundraising walk in a Portland, Ore., neighborhood. This small group raised more than $14,000 and educated hundreds of community members about the disease. Today, the Walk to Cure Psoriasis has grown into a multi-city national event that's raised more than $5 million dollars since it began.

Corporate Participation

Corporate support is critical to the success of the National Psoriasis Foundation Walk to Cure Psoriasis, and sponsoring or forming a team can also be a smart business decision for companies that participate.
