Psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis volunteer mentors are here for you. Sign up to be matched with an experienced mentor who can:
- Provide you with disease and treatment information (not medical advice)
- Help you find resources you need (access to care, find a psoriasis expert in your area, opportunities to get involved and empowered)
- Assist you with setting goals for a healthier lifestyle
- Provide emotional support

How do I sign up and what should I expect?
You can sign up right now to be matched with your mentor by completing this online form. Include a little information about yourself and what type of support or information you would like to receive. For example, are you looking for information about a specific treatment? Do you want to connect with someone who has tried a biologic drug? Or do you just want to connect with someone else who has the same disease as you? After you submit your request, your assigned mentor will send you an introductory email within three to five business days.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Psoriasis One to One Mentor Program.
