As the largest advocacy organization for people with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in the United States, the National Psoriasis Foundation is committed to furthering research leading to better treatments and a cure for these devastating diseases.

The Foundation has a comprehensive approach to expanding psoriasis research. In the public sector, we work with legislators and policymakers to increase federal funding for psoriasis research. In the private sector, we fund early stage research projects that demonstrate the potential to significantly increase our understanding of psoriatic diseases. We also oversee the National Psoriasis Victor Henschel BioBank, which will be the largest source of DNA samples and clinical registry in the world for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis research.

For nearly 20 years, the Psoriasis Foundation has initiated and supported research to identify the genetic and environmental causes of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. We encourage you to be a part of our team to find a cure.
