Matching gifts

Double—or even triple—your gift to the National Psoriasis Foundation by participating in your employer's matching gift program.

It's as easy as 1-2-3 to increase your donation to the Psoriasis Foundation

• Check with your employer or user our Matching Gift Search to see if it has a company matching giving program and if the Psoriasis Foundation is eligible to participate.
  
• Request a matching gift form from your employer and complete the section marked "employee" or "donor."
  
• Mail your donation with the completed form to us. We'll take care of the rest.

Match your Walk to Cure Psoriasis donation

Bring the completed and signed form with you on the day of the Walk to Cure Psoriasis event to turn in with your donation or mail it to our office. If you are making an online donation, please print out your e-mail confirmation and bring it with you, attached to your Matching Gift Form. The impact of your gift to our organization may be doubled or possibly tripled!

Some companies match gifts made by retirees and spouses. Others match the total amount that the participant raises for Walk for Awareness. Please research your company's policy, and the companies of your sponsors, to make the most of your contribution.
