Once you have the local scheduler's contact information, write him or her a letter to request a meeting at a local district office near you during an upcoming recess. Here's a template letter (Word format) for you to use.

To help you in your meeting, please read the following:
On the day of your meeting, bring copies of the materials list below to leave with your elected official and a digital camera.
During your conversation with your legislator, remember to refer to the talking points. Don't forget to request a photograph with you and your member of Congress shaking hands.
