Commit to Cure Tribute Journal
The Commit to Cure Gala Tribute Journal honoring Alan Menter, M.D., a book of personal messages and salutes, will be provided to more than 300 patrons at the event.
We invite you to consider placing a tribute in the journal. Your message may recognize the achievements of Dr. Menter, pay tribute to someone living with the disease or memorialize an individual. Our team has created custom tribute art for you to choose from, or you may create your own tribute art for our team to use.
Full page, half page, quarter page and eighth page tributes are available.

*Acceptable logo formats: EPS, PDF, jpeg or tiff (min. 300 DPI; web-quality files will print blurry)
Deadline
Tribute Journal submissions are due by August 28, 2013.
