Capitol Hill Day

Here's your chance to travel to the nation's capitol and let our U.S. senators and representatives know that we need a cure for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Join us during our next Capitol Hill Day in Washington, D.C., to ask members of Congress to support the Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Research, Cure, and Care Act (PPARCCA) of 2009.

As many as 7.5 million Americans are affected by psoriasis. Yet many of our elected officials are unaware of the urgent need to increase federal funding for research on psoriatic diseases.

At Capitol Hill Day, you can tell your legislators and their staff what it's like living with psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis and why the passage of the PPARCCA bill is so important.

Your participation in Capitol Hill Day makes a difference. Since 2005 when our national advocacy efforts began in earnest, federally spending on psoriasis has increased by more than 60 percent.

You can advocate for a cure without making the trip to Washington!
